Two Edenic figures are sitting on a halved quartz geode. Although each is completely independent of the other, they form a couple.
Anecdote
Ordered as an anniversary present. The figures have the inverted names of the clients, Émile and Claudette.
Treatment
Bronze (12in/30.5cm) on quartz geode. The skin of the figures is black and the hair is bluish. The birds have a white patina.
