My Wednesdays-Reflections: OZONE
This week, we celebrated the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation to honor our brothers of the heart…
I present to you “Ozone.”
An angel-warrior, personifying ozone, leans on his staff. It was essential for me to give him the appearance of ancestral warriors… a blend of samurai and Native American warrior. Knowing the strength and power of his protection, he possesses the serenity and confidence of the victors.
On his breastplate, you can see the representation of the ozone molecule, which is O3.
(Ozone is a very rare substance in our atmosphere. However, despite its rarity, it plays a vital role. Ozone molecules contain three oxygen atoms, and their chemical formula is O3. The ozone in the stratosphere plays a beneficial role by absorbing most of the harmful ultraviolet rays (UV-B rays) biologically, allowing only a small portion to reach the Earth’s surface.)
